Absolutely beautiful arrangement of tropical flowers. It’s hard to find birds of paradise in late December in Colorado and this local florist had them available same day for a custom arrangement and delivery, handled with care in so many aspects. The communication was excellent- they called and texted when delivered and made sure they were protected from the wind and cold until the recipient came home to find them. They were in perfect condition still. They made this day a little brighter for someone. Thank you for that.

I was in need of a local flower shop in Aurora to deliver flowers for an coworker. I always look for a great local florist and found this one thru Yelp. I live in Phoenix so it's not always easy to find one you truly like. Forever Flowers did NOT disappoint. Their arrangement photos look gorgeous - and the final product looked amazing. The team at Forever Flowers made it so easy to send flowers to the hospital where my mother-in-law was staying! I found a well priced arrangement on their site, placed the order and called in to make sure it was received as I needed it delivered that same morning. Since it was going to a hospital, they made sure to confirm the room number and also took down a family member's phone number to make sure they could get it up to her. The arrangement was huge and absolutely beautiful, and it didn't come in some cheap Walmart vase. And the flowers were delivered by an actual human!! As great as the flowers were, the service was even better. I called in the morning to get an ETA for the delivery. When I explained that my girlfriend was trying to leave to go birthday shopping, she kindly offered to move up the delivery time. There was also some confusion on my part about the flowers included, and when I was called back, the woman I spoke to very calmly and pleasantly explained everything to me. This is definitely my new go-to place for flower delivery.

Used Yelp to locate this wonderful florist to order flowers for a funeral. We could not attend and it was important to us that the bereaved knew we were thinking of them. True to past reviews, Forever Flowers produced a gorgeous floral arrangement, delivered it when asked and came through with personal, thoughtful customer service. After delivery, they followed up with an email picture of the actual arrangement and a picture of our receipt. This was especially helpful because friends from 3 different parts of the country went in on the flowers and the pictures allowed us all to actually see what we had sent. It was a really nice touch. I was looking for a local flower shop as I've grown dissatisfied with the online flower stores. I had a friend recommend Forever Flowers and I'm happy he did.

I ordered a 30 red rose bouquet for my wife to celebrate our anniversary and it was a success! It was delivered on time to her work and my wife said the delivery person was very nice. My wife loved it and said it was the best rose arrangement she has ever received. Once she brought it home I even looked at it and I noticed that the flower heads were large and each one had opened just enough to look great. Not that I'm a flower expert but I thought the flowers were high quality.

I talked to couple of folks during my order placement, going back and forth between choices, and everybody was very helpful and answered my questions patiently. It was so nice to talk to real people working a real flower shop in my local area. Now that I found my flower shop I know I will use them in the future

I live in California and I have used Forever Flowers several times in the past few years. I send flowers to my mother who lives near the store. THEY ARE AN ACTUAL FLORISTS not just an ordering station. Contact them directly and see what I mean.

Customer service is an A+. - Always helpful and patient on the phone when ordering. My mother is blind and Brian and his staff have always taken special orders to add extra fragrant flowers and also have the deliverer take time to describe them to her.

They do what they promise when they promise and finish off the delivery with a photo of what was delivered which allows me to enjoy them with my mother. She is always super satisfied with her flowers which always seem to last a few weeks, depending on what was ordered of course.

They keep me on file so ordering is quick and easy... no repeating addresses and credit cards etc.

I was looking for a flower store in Aurora to deliver some flowers for me. Of course I check yelp it's always my favorite thing to do. I wanted something close to the location where the flowers were headed. Haven't sent flowers in about 20+ years so I thought I would do a little research. Found forever flowers. I am in Hawaii and We were late ordering leis for my nephew's graduation in Colorado and could not get them there from here in time. We needed a florist who could get the job done on time. We reached out to Forever Flowers, who was recommended by another florist and Brian said they could help us. For someone who does not do leis on a regular basis, they were awesome and my nephew was excited to have leis from Hawaii. I called them in the morning to see if they do same day delivery and not only do they do same day but the flowers I ordered were at the recipients office with in three hours!! I ordered my mother's funeral arrangements from forever flowers. Both Brian and Susan listened and helped choose pieces that would look beautiful. All the arrangements were stunning. Obviously (funeral flowers) these are flowers that no one wants to shop for, but they were so kind and patient and created lovely pieces to honor my mom. These guys are amazing. We dropped in to pick up flowers for my mom who was in the hospital. My sister and I had a tight budget and they were able to put together an awesome arrangement anyways. When we left, we forgot our card and he ran threw the parking lot to make sure it wasn't left behind.

Had no idea this place was even over here until I was looking for flower shops near my house. They're located in a strip mall where the SmartCo used to be.

The storefront itself is very tiny. There is one aisle's worth of stuff to walk thru and a small fridge where they keep arrangements out. They have more in the back so I'm sure if I hadn't found something I'd liked they would've been able to throw something together.

The staff was very friendly and quickly helped me found the perfect arrangement for my wife. They deliver so I could definitely see using them again!

Forever Flowers goes above and beyond with customer service! I received an arrangement that had been ordered through a tele florist in Kansas. Due to several miscommunications amongst the person who ordered, the florist in Kansas, and Forever Flowers, the order was not up to our expectations. When I called to voice my concerns, the owner thanked me for allowing them to make the order right. He let me choose any colors/ flowers that I liked to replace the arrangement. The new arrangement was absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. They wanted to be sure I was happy with it, and were friendly and professional about it.
