Great customer service; I appreciated how they took the effort to take pictures to show how the flowers looked like, and to send an email following up right after they finished the delivery and with the pictures. I ordered flowers online for a friends birthday and the ordering process was very easy. After they delivered the flowers they emailed me a picture of the flowers they delivered that were absolutely beautiful with a very detailed delivery summary as it was a cold snowy day and they explained all the steps they took to deliver with no contact during COVID along with the phone contact they had with my friend of her confirming she received them. I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed email including the picture. I felt they went above and beyond my expectations during a Colorado October snow storm during the crazy Covid times.
