1. General Use
Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.
2. Expiration and Fees
Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.
3. Redemption
Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.
4. Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
7. Balance and Transaction History
You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.
8. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

Flower Availability & Substitutions
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product, and availability can change daily due to weather, growing conditions, holidays, shipping delays, and market availability. Because of this, specific flowers, colors, or containers cannot always be guaranteed.
Forever Flowers reserves the right to make substitutions when necessary. If substitutions are required, we will always use flowers and containers of equal or greater value and carefully design your arrangement to maintain the overall style, color palette, and beauty of the original selection. Our goal is to create an arrangement that is as similar as possible to what was ordered while ensuring the highest quality and freshest flowers available.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that substitutions may be necessary and are a normal part of the floral industry.
Anonymous Deliveries
We are happy to honor requests for anonymous deliveries. However, if the recipient contacts us and asks who sent the flowers, we reserve the right to disclose the sender's name.
To protect our customers' privacy, we will never disclose personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, billing information, or home addresses. The only exception is if the sender has voluntarily included their phone number, email address, or other contact information within the gift card message, order notes, or recipient information. In those cases, the recipient may see the information exactly as it was provided by the sender.
Product Variations
Because every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers, no two arrangements will ever be identical. Flower varieties, bloom size, color tones, and overall appearance naturally vary from stem to stem and season to season. These natural variations make each arrangement unique and should be expected.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Forever Flowers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if we are unable to fulfill the request, verify payment, obtain the requested products, or if circumstances arise that prevent us from completing the order safely or appropriately.
Delivery Policy
At Forever Flowers, we take great care to ensure every delivery arrives as safely and beautifully as possible.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, secure location at the delivery address whenever possible. We make every reasonable effort to place arrangements in a shaded, protected area away from direct sunlight, extreme weather, and visible foot traffic.
Whenever a delivery is left at the door or another safe location, we will make every effort to notify the recipient by phone or text that their flowers have arrived and where they have been placed.
During periods of extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, or when specifically requested by the customer, we may contact the recipient before delivery to help ensure someone is available to receive the flowers.
If we become aware before delivery that the recipient is out of town or otherwise unavailable for an extended period, we will gladly reschedule the delivery for a more appropriate date whenever possible.
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided and left in a safe location or accepted by the recipient or another individual at the delivery address, responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient. Forever Flowers cannot be held responsible for flowers that are stolen, damaged, exposed to weather, or decline in quality because they were left outside after delivery or were not brought indoors promptly.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient contact information. Incorrect addresses, incomplete information, gated communities without access, or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by inaccurate information may result in additional delivery charges or delays.
