When our driver brings a fresh arrangement to your recipient's home address, and the temperature is above freezing,
they will set the container down next to the front door. then ring the doorbell, and knock.
Next, the driver will step away from the house at least 25 feet, and watch and wait to see if someone opens the door and brings the flowers inside.
If they do not see this within the next minute or two, they will place a phone call to the recipient, to let them know of the fresh flowers waiting for them.
If no one answers, the driver will leave a voicemail or text message with that same information,
and a request that recipient respond to confirm that they have received your beautiful gift.
In freezing weather, we try to call ahead to ensure someone will be home to receive a floral delivery.
